Cutting work for bronze or brass bars
Use of the combined CNC machine reduces the number of processes and allows complicated cutting work.
A single process using the combined CNC machine turns a workpiece relatively large in diameter into a processed or finished product, which advances the delivery date and reduces costs.

Details of processed product
The pierced bore in the workpiece 125 mm in overall length has an O-ring groove and screw processing.
It has a slit in addition to 1 cross hole.
Equipment features
The Y-axis is equipped in addition to the C-axis. The bar type can process a workpiece as large as φ51 mm. The chucker type can process a workpiece up to φ200 mm.
Use of the NC lathe and machining center
The use of various equipment and the machining center improves productivity while maintaining processing accuracy.
This allows a smooth transition from trial production through commercialization to mass production.

Products can be fully processed within only a single process using the combined CNC lathe with 2 spindles and 2 saddles (bar type) equipped with the Y-axis. This example chooses process division as it achieves more efficient processing in this particular case.
